Appointment Policies

Lumiere Medspa Appointment Policies

• No show appointments will be charged $100

• Cancellations not made within 48 hours will be charged $100

• No refunds, all sales are final

• Deposits may range from $50-$300 depending on your service that was booked

• You are allowed a 15 minutes grace period, after that your appointment will be cancelled

• No more than 1 guest, as much as we love your friends. We have a small intimate clinic and need room to treat you and make you our priority.
