What is the membership commitment?

Laser Membership: 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Tox Membership: 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Can I pause my membership?

After completing your minimum commitment period, you may pause your membership for up to 2 months per year. Pauses must be requested at least 30 days in advance.

What happens if I cancel early?

If you cancel before completing your minimum commitment, you'll be charged the difference between member pricing and regular pricing for all services received during your membership.

Can I use my laser membership for any area?

Your monthly free treatment applies to small areas only (upper lip, chin, underarms, bikini line, hands, feet, neck). You can upgrade to medium or large areas with your 15% member discount.

Does the tox membership include free units?

No, the $39/month tox membership gives you exclusive discounted pricing ($10-11/unit vs. $12-13/unit regular price). You pay only for the units you use at the discounted member rate. This saves you $100+ per treatment!

Can I share my membership with family or friends?

Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. However, members receive special referral bonuses when friends join!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Membership fees are automatically charged monthly to your card on file.
