At Lumiere Medspa, every treatment and service is customized to each client’s unique goals and anatomy. Because aesthetic and wellness treatments involve professional time, individualized products, and irreversible procedures, all sales are final.

Services & Treatments

All services, including injections, skincare treatments, laser treatments, and wellness services are non-refundable.
Once a service is performed, treatment fees cannot be reversed, as results vary per individual.
We always aim for beautiful, natural results. If you are not satisfied, we encourage follow-up appointments so we can create a plan to address your concerns.

Packages, Memberships & Promotions

All packages, memberships, series treatments, and promotional pricing are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Packages may not be split between clients.
Promotional sales and limited-time offers cannot be adjusted or refunded after purchase.

Products (Skincare)

For health and safety reasons:

All skincare retail products, vitamins, and injectable supplies are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued once products leave the premises.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Gift cards may be used toward any eligible treatment or product at Lumiere Medspa.

Booking Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment once, as long as you follow our cancellation policy.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

Treatment Results

Every person’s skin, anatomy, and healing response is unique. Therefore:

We cannot guarantee results, number of sessions needed, or longevity of results.
Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes and will be charged accordingly.

Our priority is your safety, satisfaction, and experience. We always welcome a follow-up visit to reassess and create a plan to enhance your results.
